Scope and operator

These terms apply when you reserve, buy or use the AlphaPrime software and related services through alphaprime.trading. AlphaPrime is operated by Valynox, a sole proprietorship of Szu Han Huang. Contact: info@alphaprime.trading.

Early access and purchase

Early access only records your email and creates no purchase or payment obligation. Once payments open, they are handled by our authorised online reseller, which issues the receipt and collects any applicable taxes. The checkout page shows the final price and currency.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and have full legal capacity to enter into a contract to buy AlphaPrime. Purchases are not available in countries or regions our online reseller does not support, including sanctioned countries and regions; the checkout page shows where purchase is available. The site is offered in several languages, which does not mean purchase is available in every country where those languages are spoken.

Your licence

A purchase gives you a perpetual licence to use the licensed version of AlphaPrime. It is a licence to use the software, not a transfer of ownership. The licence binds to one device on first activation; to switch computers, release the previous device and activate on the new one.

Updates

The first 500 perpetual licences include lifetime updates. Later perpetual licences include 12 months of free updates from issue. After that you keep using your installed version. You can check your update eligibility in AP under Settings › About › Updates. Places among the first 500 released by refunds or revocations are not reassigned.

Acceptable use

Your licence is for your own use. Do not resell, rent, publish or share licence keys, and do not reverse engineer, crack or bypass licence verification. If you do, we may suspend the licence.

System requirements

AlphaPrime needs a 64-bit Windows 10 / 11 computer; GPU mode needs an NVIDIA graphics card. For the full requirements, see "What GPU do I need?" in the support FAQ; the requirements published at the time you pay apply. Please check compatibility before you buy.

Not investment advice

AlphaPrime is a strategy research tool. It provides no investment advice, trading signals or profit guarantees. Historical backtests do not predict future results; trading decisions and their risks are your own.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use the software, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Mandatory legal rights are not affected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will announce significant changes on this site. Completed purchases remain under the terms in effect when you bought.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes go to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
