Early access & refunds

Only early-access reservations are open and no payment is taken. Reserving creates no purchase or payment obligation. See the refund policy and the terms of service; payments open at the official release, and your licence key and a thank-you email are sent as soon as payment completes.

Privacy notice

Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, we inform you of the following when you reserve early access (last updated 2026-10-03):

• Controller: Valynox, operator of the AlphaPrime brand, a sole proprietorship of Szu Han Huang. Contact: info@alphaprime.trading
• Purpose: To email you about AlphaPrime early access, launch, offers, and new products and add-ons. Never sold or shared for third-party marketing
• Legal basis: The consent you give when you register. You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing before withdrawal
• Data collected: Email, optional name, registration time and language, and the country or region estimated from your IP address (the IP itself is not stored)
• Retention: From registration until 12 months after AlphaPrime opens for purchase, and no longer than 36 months after registration, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first; then deleted
• Processors and location: Cloudflare (website hosting and sign-up intake) and Brevo (email delivery); data may be stored on servers outside Taiwan, including in the EU and the US
• How it is used: Email notifications, each with an unsubscribe link
• Your rights: Under Article 3 of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask to query or review your data, receive a copy, supplement or correct it, have us stop collecting, processing or using it, or delete it. Users in the EU and EEA may also ask for data portability and complain to their local data protection authority. Email info@alphaprime.trading
• If you do not provide it: Email is required to receive notices; browsing the site is not affected

The site also uses first-party visit statistics to improve its content. Each visit gets a random code that is not stored on your device, uses no cookies and is never linked to your email or name. We record pages and sections viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks, the referring site, campaign parameters, device type and the country or region estimated from your IP address (the IP itself is not stored), and keep them for up to 180 days. Nothing is recorded when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. The site does not yet offer accounts or payments.

To prevent abuse, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for about 2 hours to limit how often sign-ups and statistics can be sent.
