Before you receive your licence key
After you pay and before you receive your licence key, you can ask for a full refund at any time.
Within 14 days of receiving your licence key
Within 14 days of receiving your licence key, you can ask for a full refund as long as the licence has not been activated on any device.
Activated licences
Once a licence is activated, the digital content counts as delivered. Under Taiwan consumer protection rules, you agree at purchase that the seven-day withdrawal period no longer applies after activation. If the software has a defect that stops it from working properly, contact us and we will help fix it or handle it as the law requires.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@alphaprime.trading with your order number and the email you bought with. Once confirmed, the payment provider refunds your original payment method; timing depends on the method.
After a refund
After a refund, the licence is deactivated. If it held one of the first 500 lifetime-update places, that place is not reassigned. Licences on orders disputed through a card issuer are deactivated too.
